Tata CLiQ needs the following details to refund your order amount. Please email them to customercare@tataneu.com
1. Name
2. Bank name
3. Branch name
4. Account number
5. IFSC code
6. Tata CLiQ Order ID
7. Registered mobile number
Do note that refunds cannot be credited to third party accounts, which means that the name on your Tata CLiQ account and your bank account must match. Do make sure you email the correct bank account details for a quick and smooth refund.
