What happens to my NeuCoins if I or AirAsia India initiate a cancellation?

If the flight is cancelled by you:

1. Flight fare paid entirely with NeuCoins: NeuCoins will be refunded to your account after deducting NeuCoins towards cancellation charges. Each NeuCoin is worth a Rupee.

2. Flight fare paid partially with NeuCoins: If you have used multiple payment methods for booking a flight, the refund amount will be split as per the original payment methods proportionately after the deduction of cancellation charges.

If the flight is cancelled by AirAsia: All NeuCoins used for making the booking will be refunded to your account
