If you choose to pay online, the amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned products.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) where you’ve paid in cash once the product is received, the amount is refunded via online transfer using NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). You will need to provide a cancelled cheque (or the bank details) along with the returned product in order to initiate the return process. It will take 7-15 working days for the amount to be credited in your bank account.
