What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired)?

Bigbasket has a very fair “no-questions-asked return at delivery and refund policy”. You can return any product at the time of delivery if you’re not satisfied with it. They’ll take the products back and refund the value of the returned product(s) as credit into your bigbasket account. You can use this credit amount to pay for any future purchases.
