How do I know that all the items I ordered are being delivered?

Here's what we recommend. When your order is delivered at your door, check each item against the invoice our delivery professional hands over to you. In case you're not available to check each item at the time of delivery, you can reach out to Tata Neu Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery to report any missing items. However, refunds will only be provided for any items that are mentioned on the invoice but missing from the order.
