How do I raise an issue, if I have a problem with the items delivered?

1. Login to Tata Neu

2. Open the menu from icon on the top right corner

3. Click on 'Orders'

4. Click on 'Electronics'

5. Select the order

6. Select "More Services"

You could also speak to one of our Customer Care executives, by clicking on 'Contact us' at the end of the 'Help' section.
