Once we’re sure that your BPA claim is valid, NeuCoins will be credited to your account on order completion. Order completion usually happens when the return window for the ordered product has closed, i.e. the product cannot be returned to the seller anymore.
Terms and Conditions for the Best Price Assurance Program (BPA Program)
The Best Price Assurance (BPA) program only applies to products or items accessed by clicking on a banner or picture or URL that has a “Best Price Assured” label or badge, and is subject to the Terms & Conditions below:
a) BPA claim must be submitted to Tata Digital Customer Care through registered email [customercare@tataneu.com] or by calling the Customer Care team within 7 days from the date of order completion.
b) The BPA claim must be submitted with screenshots of the items being compared with visible prices, date, and timestamp during the encounter, and its corresponding URLs.
c) A claim will only be deemed valid if an order has been successfully completed on the Tata Neu application or tatadigital.com. NeuCoins will be awarded to the user within 7 business days of a valid claim being made. A valid order number is required from the buyer in order to verify that the purchase was made.
d) BPA is only available on items/products eligible for NeuCoins.
e) Each user is only entitled to three (3) successful claims per week and with a maximum of ₹5,000 equivalent in NeuCoins in compensation. Any additional claims within the same week will be rejected.
f) Price of the product purchased will be calculated net of NeuCoins earned. For e.g If an item /product is purchased on Tata Neu application or tatadigital.com for ₹1,000 with 50 NeuCoins earned (cashback), then for price comparison for the claim, price to you (customer) will be taken as ₹950 as each NeuCoin is equal to ₹1.
g) Price difference will be calculated based on the net sale price of products as listed on approved competitors ONLY, excluding special promotions such as vouchers/coupons, cashback or credit card promos, shipping fee, etc., offered from the competitors or their affiliates. Any change(s) on the product price between the period of submission and decision will not affect the initial price report and compensation.
Total compensation claim will be 120% of the price difference. Compensation multiplier might differ without prior notice during special promotions.
h) Products being reported for price comparison must be of the same:
- Type
- Description/specification
- Brand
- Colour
- Condition
- Model year
- Freebies
- Size
- Warranty terms
- Origin (local or international)
as that of the competitor's deal.
i) Only orders placed and completed on the Tata Neu application or tatadigital.com with an order number from the platform/website will be eligible for BPA
j) The product reported on the competitor's website must still be in stock (i.e., not sold out) and remain available for purchase online at the lower price at the time we conduct our validation.
k) All price references are in Indian Rupee only.
l) Approved claims will be notified via push notification/email within a week after the completion of an order.
m) Any dispute in relation to this activity shall be resolved and decided by Tata Digital Ltd. All decisions shall be deemed final.
n) Tata Digital Ltd. reserves the right to reject any submission made by a user whose account has an irregular/suspended status.
o) Tata Digital Ltd reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.
p) NeuCoins T&Cs apply
q) All decisions pertaining to this program shall be at the sole discretion of TDL.
r) TDL reserves the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this program at its discretion, without prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
s) TDL reserve the right to disqualify you from the benefits of this program if it reasonably believes there is any fraudulent activity involved.
t) This program is valid on purchases made from 13th Oct 2021 to 30th Dec 2021
