It’s very simple. All you need to do is submit a BPA claim to Tata Neu Customer Care at customercare@tataneu.com through your registered email address or by calling the call centre within 7 days of order delivery.
You’ll have to submit the BPA claim with screenshots of the product being compared with prices being visible along with the date, the timestamp of the comparison and the website URL. We suggest you take a look at the terms and conditions here before submitting a claim.
