bigbasket has a very fair “no-questions-asked return at delivery and refund policy”. You can return any product at the time of delivery if you’re not satisfied with it. They’ll take the products back and refund the value of the returned product(s) as credit into your bigbasket account. You can use this credit amount to pay for any future purchases.

Post-delivery returns are accepted only if there is an issue with the quality or freshness of the food products or if any non-food product you received was damaged. In such cases, bigbasket will issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your bigbasket account. You can use this credit to pay for anything you buy from bigbasket in the future.
