Can I cancel only part of my order?

Yes, you can certainly cancel individual product(s) in your cart, before your order is processed by the brand or the seller. To cancel all or part of your order:

1. Login to Tata Neu

2. Open the menu from icon on the top right corner

3. Click on 'Orders'

4. Click on 'Beauty & Fashion'

5. Select the Order

6. Select Reason

7. Cancel the order

Once your order has been cancelled, the refund amount will be credited to the account you made the payment from within 3-4 working days. In certain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days.
