If you are sure about cancelling your order, you can do so before it has been processed by the brand or the seller. Refund for the full amount will be credited to your account.
Here's how you can cancel your order:
1. Login to Tata Neu
2. Open the menu from icon on the top right corner
3. Click on 'Orders'
4. Click on 'Beauty & Fashion'
5. Select the Order
6. Select Reason
7. Cancel the order
Once you're done, Tata CLiQ will send you an acknowledgement of the cancellation. Do note that you won’t be able to cancel an order after it has been processed by the brand or the seller.
Once your order has been cancelled, the refund amount will be credited to the same account you made the payment from within 3-4 working days. In certain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days.
