All these order statuses are confusing. What do they mean?

The statuses are created to help understand what's happening with your order. Here's what they mean:

1. Order confirmed: Your order has been confirmed and approved by the seller

2. Order placed/processing: Your order is being processed by the seller and will be shipped soon

3. Shipping commenced: Your order is ready to be shipped to its destination

4. In transit: Your order is on its way, and you will receive it soon

5. Shipment delivered: Your order was delivered to you

6. Ready for pick-up: Your order is ready to be picked up from the store (This only applies to CLiQ & PiQ online orders that have to be collected at the store)

7. Picked-up: You’ve picked up your order from the store

8. Not picked up: You haven’t picked your order up from the store yet
