What should I do if my order is late?

Don't worry, Tata CLiQ works hard to make sure your order reaches you on or before the delivery date. However, sometimes bad weather, flight delays, political disruption and other unprecedented issues can delay an order. Here's how you can track your order:

1. Login to Tata Neu

2. Open the menu from icon on the top right corner

3. Click on 'Orders'

4. Click on 'Beauty & Fashion'

5. Select the Order

6. Select Order History

You will also receive regular updates about any delays by SMS or email.
