What should I do if I got charged for my order but I haven't received an order confirmation email or SMS?

We get your worry. On rare occasions, there is a system delay in sending confirmation emails or SMSes. If you do not receive a confirmation from Tata CLiQ within 10-15 minutes of placing the order, you can always contact the Tata Neu Customer Care for more details.
