I have not received my order as per the promised date. What should I do? How can I track my Croma order?

Rest assured that your order is on its way. Here are the steps to track your order.


1: Sign in to your Croma account

2:  Click on “My Orders”

3: Scroll down to the product you want to track  and then click on the ‘Track your order’ option


Usually, the logistics partners need 24 hours to activate the tracking code for an order once it is dispatched from the store. Please check back after 24 hours, and it should be updated
