If you can see that the shipment is unsealed or tampered with, then:

1. It is best that you don’t accept the order.

2. If someone else is collecting the product on your behalf, you can later place a return/replacement request. Please follow the below steps:

1. Login to Tata Neu App

2. Click the icon on top right corner

3. Select "Orders"

4. Select "Electronics"

5. Select the order

6. Raise a return request
