How can I modify an order that I’ve already placed?

Unfortunately, modifying an order is currently not possible on Tata CLiQ. However, you can cancel an order after you’ve placed it. Do note that a cancellation request needs to be placed before the seller has processed your order. To cancel all or part of your order:

1. Login to Tata Neu

2. Open the menu from icon on the top right corner

3. Click on 'Orders'

4. Click on 'Beauty & Fashion'

5. Select the Order

6. Select Reason

7. Cancel the order
