What happens if I have a problem with an item I've bought?

Don't worry! If the item is still in the warranty or return period, you can contact Customer Care by following these steps:

1. Login to Tata Neu

2. Open the menu from icon on the top right corner

3. Click on 'Orders'

4. Select "Electronics"

5. Select the order

6. Select "More Services"

Remember to keep your Order ID and warranty number handy while speaking to our Customer Care executives.

We'll try our best to initiate a replacement, if eligible, on your behalf.
