In case I return a product, how will the refund be done?

For purchases made online, the refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment or bank account in case of cash on delivery. For purchases done at an offline store a credit note will be issued which can be used for future purchases across Westside stores. Do note that credit notes cannot be used online or on Tata Neu.
