How can I return my Westside Order?

That’s easy. For returning your product(s), follow these steps:

1. Login to Tata Neu

2. Open the menu from icon on the top right corner

3. Click on 'Orders'

4. Tap on "Beauty, Fashion & Fitness”

5. Tap on “Westside Orders” (you'll be redirected to Westside.com)

You can place a return request by selecting the products which you want to return. Do note that this is possible only for products purchased online. For purchases done at an offline store, you will have to return the product(s) at the store.
