1. Login to Tata Neu

2. Open the menu from icon on the top right corner

3. Click on 'Orders'

4. Tap on "Beauty, Fashion & Fitness”

5. Tap on “Westside Orders” (you'll be redirected to Westside.com)

Additionally, you could drop an email at customerservice@tataneu.com with an image of the damaged product and we’ll get it resolved for you.
