What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us. Do make sure to call us at 1800-20-8282-638 or write to customercare@tataneu.com within 7 days of receipt of the product to report the incident.
