The amount was deducted from my account but my order was not confirmed. What should I do?

Don't worry! Usually, the status of an order may take 24 hours to reflect in your Tata Neu account. However, if your order has not been confirmed after 24 hours and your payment status still shows 'successful', the order will be cancelled automatically. A refund will be initiated and processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
