My EMI has not deducted on due date what should I do?

Modified on Mon, 27 Feb, 2023 at 5:25 PM

If your EMI is not deducted on the scheduled EMI due date, there could be 2 reasons:

EMI due date is a bank holiday: In this case EMI will be deducted on the next working day. There shall be no late payment charges levied to you in this case.

Linked bank account for auto debit is not active any more or do not have sufficient balance - Please make sure to keep the sufficient balance in your bank account.

For Customers where lending partner is IIFL Finance Limited you can make EMI payment by visiting Tata Neu App -> “Finance “ Section -> Click on “Personal Loan” -> Click on loan details displayed -> Click on “Pay Now” and follow onscreen instructions to pay back EMI dues.

If the issue persists, please reach out to us Our service team will help you to fulfil the request in coordination with lending partner.
