The payment amount has been deducted from my bank account, but the bill payment has failed. What do I do?

If the amount has been deducted from your bank account, but the payment status shows 'Failed’, don’t worry. This is just a payment intimation error from the biller. The status will change after our system receives a confirmation from the biller.
