How can I exchange the product(s) that I have received?

The exchange policy for online and in-store purchases are a little different. Here's how you can go about it:

For online purchases

- You can visit the nearest Titan Eye+ store and exchange the frame and/or sunglasses within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- Do note that power lenses cannot be exchanged.

For in-store purchases

- You will have to visit the same Titan Eye+ store from where you purchased the product, within 7 days from the date of purchase.

- Do note that power lenses cannot be exchanged.
