How does the transaction get adjusted if my order is cancelled or not fulfilled by the merchant?

Orders made using Posptpaid Limits can be cancelled or returned as per merchant T&Cs. There are no Tata Pay Later specific cancelation charges levied upon cancelation or return of an order.

Refund of limits and/or Initial Payment and/or NeuCoins and/or any promotional coupon will get re-instated to initial source of transaction within 5-7 working days.

This above is applicable post confirmation of order cancelation or return or non-fulfilment from respective merchant after deduction of non-refundable charges if applicable.
