For orders directly on the bigbasket website or app, the following criteria applies
- For bigbasket orders: Free delivery on orders above ₹600; ₹30 delivery fee on orders between ₹250 and ₹600; ₹50 delivery fee on orders below ₹250
- For bbnow orders: Free delivery on orders above ₹100; ₹20 delivery fee on orders below ₹100
For bbnow orders, delivery charges will be based on various factors such as order value, time of day etc. Standard fee of ₹20 delivery charges will be applicable for orders below ₹100.
