Credit Score change is subject to the number of active loans taken by a customer and period of data update by a lender with credit bureaus.
As credit bureaus receive credit data from lenders on a periodic basis, depending upon the lender, the frequency of data sharing can be daily, weekly or monthly.
If there are multiple loans and credit cards taken by a customer having repayment schedule spread over multiple dates in a month, the credit score may even change as frequently as on a weekly basis.
