Here’s why your bill may be showing as due:
1.A new bill has been generated - Please click on the “Refresh” button against the bill on your bills and recharge page for the previous bill.
2.A previous bill remains unpaid -
If you have already paid the bill, check if the transaction status indicates any of the options given below:
Status 'Pending': The transaction status will change to 'Success' as soon as the biller sends payment confirmation. The bill details will also be available on the order details page. There is nothing for you to do at the moment except wait for an update.
Status 'Success': If you’ve paid and the transaction status says ‘Success’ but your bill still shows that it’s due, please contact the merchant that raised the bill. You could also raise a ticket for this. Status 'Failed': If the transaction has failed, but the money was debited from your account, don’t worry. You’ll receive a refund from us. But your bill payment will still be pending so the bill will have to be paid again.
