I paid multiple bills at once but can't find one of my bills. How can I find it?

Don’t worry. Check the 'Order history' page to view the status of the bill. 


If it is 'Pending', then hold on for a while and check if the status has changed to 'Successful'. 

If it is 'Failed', the debited amount will be auto-reversed, and will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days, depending on the mode of payment.

You can always get in touch with your operator for more details.
