Which spends are eligible for earning NeuCoins?

You can earn NeuCoins on:

1. The base fare of your flight bookings done on the AirAsia India website, the airport ticket counter. Bookings made by corporate clients also qualify for NeuCoins. 

2. Ancillary spends such as meal selection/in-flight meal purchase, seat selection, baggage, inflight purchase with AAI website. Red Carpet Services, priority check-in and boarding also count as ancillary spending.

3. AirAsia Staff Travel (ID90) flight bookings paid for using monetary methods such as credit or debit cards, Tata Pay, etc. 

Do note that bookings made using existing NeuCoins are not eligible for earning new NeuCoins.

4. If your flight was paid for but you missed to board it, you will be awarded NeuCoins and they will be credited within 24 hours of the flight reaching its destination. Do note that such a flight is not counted for badge upgrades.

5. If you have used multiple payment options, NeuCoins will be credited for the monetary part of the payment. E.g., If you have paid half your fare using your debit card and the other half using NeuCoins, you'll be awarded NeuCoins for the amount paid by the debit card. NeuCoins will be credited to you as per your current badge earn rate and eligible spend.
