*Taj Club upgrade vouchers:

1. The upgrade will not include the airport transfer(s) and any other service which is deemed as an outsourced service by the hotel 

2. The use of the benefits of the Taj Club room are only applicable to the occupants of the room category. Non-residents and non-occupants will not be allowed to use the benefits and will be charged for the service (as the case may be) 

3. The hotel management reserves the right to restrict entry to the Taj Club lounge. 

4. Taj Club rules and regulations will apply. 

5. Upgrades are subject to availability at the time of check-in. 

6. These vouchers are non-transferable. The validity of these vouchers cannot be extended. 

7. The validity of the voucher is applicable for one year from the date of badge-upgrade or badge-retention. Withdrawal of this voucher is at the sole discretion of the Programme Management 


**Platinum Experiences

1. The Signature Platinum experiences are only applicable if you have achieved or renewed your Platinum badge status by 31st July, 2019. These experiences will not be issued for members who achieve or renew their Platinum badge status from 1st August, 2019 onwards.  

2. You can’t avail of Platinum Experiences for stays between 23rd December to 15th January 

3. You can’t avail of Platinum Experiences for dining on 24th December, 25th December, 31st December and/or 1st January 

4. All Platinum experiences are for two persons (unless specified otherwise), subject to availability and can only be booked through Tata Neu. 

5. You can’t transfer, exchange or alter the experiences in any way. The members holding Platinum badge must be present to avail the Platinum experience. 

6. IHCL reserves the right to add, withdraw or amend any experience at any time without any prior notice
