In case you are not satisfied with Tata Neu resolution of your bill payments related concerns you can request to raise compliant to OU/BBPS via “Chat with us” option.  Alternatively, You can also refer to link (https://www.billdesk.com/web/grievance_redressal) for Customer support / Grievance redressal purpose with Billdesk OR ICICI website (https://www.icicibank.com) for Customer support / Grievance redressal purpose with ICICI.
