NeuCoins are awarded to the Tata Neu Member on the completion of his/her flight journey provided that the member is a traveller, and First Name, Last Name and Mobile number in the Tata Neu Member record matches with those of the traveller’s government issued official ID. NeuCoins are awarded to members who are travellers and not to bookers.
