I made a booking on Tata Neu for AirAsia India flights for my family/ friend. However, I did not get any NeuCoins. What do I do?

NeuCoins are awarded to members who are travellers and not to bookers, and are awarded only to the traveller who is a NeuPass member upon completion of his/ her flight journey. The traveller’s First Name, Last Name and Mobile number in the Tata Neu member records should match with those of the traveller’s government issued ID.
