3. It is not yet 24 hours since your flight landed. The NeuCoins are credited to your account within 24 hours of your flight landing
4. Your flight booking was complimentary or made using a promotional voucher or offer
5. You made a group booking or booked a chartered flight
6. You cancelled your flight booking
7. The name of the traveler mentioned in the booking details didn’t match with the Tata Neu account details
