How do I check the current status of my order?

You can track your order from Tata Neu App, please follow the below steps:

1. Login to Tata Neu App

2. Click on the icon on top right corner

3. Select "Orders"

4. Select "Grocery"

5. Select the order

6. Check order status under "Delivery Details"
