This is an important one. Cut-off time is the time after which your order gets processed for delivery. After this time, you won’t be able to modify or cancel your order. 

Here's how you can get to know the cut-off time for your order

-  The cut-off time for slots 3 and 4 is 12 pm on the delivery day

-  For slots 1 and 2 it is 7 pm on the day before the delivery

-  For Hyderabad, the cut-off time for slots 3 and 4 is 11 am on the delivery day, and for slots 1 and 2 , it is 6 pm on the day before the delivery.
