5. How do I make a payment to an international merchant on Tata Pay UPI?

You can make payments to an international merchant on Tata Pay UPI by following either of the steps mentioned below.

1.Scan international QR -> Check QR details -> Click on ‘Proceed’ CTA -> Check forex rate and mark up rate and other details -> Confirm bank account -> Click on ‘Pay’ -> Activate international transaction on the selected account if not activated already -> Put UPI PIN on NPCI common library

2.Do note that this step is only applicable on Android. Go to an international merchant’s app -> Initiate a UPI transaction -> From app intent launcher select Tata Neu -> You will be redirected to UPI page -> Click on ‘Proceed’ CTA -> Check forex rate and mark up rate and other details -> Confirm bank account -> Click on ‘Pay’ -> Activate international transaction on the selected account if not activated already -> Put UPI PIN on NPCI common library.
