You can request a refund by following these simple steps:
1. Go to My Account
2. Select Order History
3. Click on the order for which you wish to see the refund status
4. The refund status will appear on the screen
Remember, refund status tracking can only happen when the refund is initiated from AirAsia. In case you are unable to find the refund details in your Order History page, Tata Neu Customer Care will request you to reach out to AirAsia Support to check on the refund initiation status, as soon as the refund is initiated from their end.
