How can digital gold be redeemed for jewellery?

Online:

1. Customer visits the CaratLane or Tanishq website and selects any Jewellery of their choice.
2. Selects SafeGold from payment method section. Enters registered mobile number with SafeGold and OTP for verification.
3. Customer must update the mobile number on Caratlane/Tanishq’s profile. This should be same as the number registered to buy gold from Tata Neu
4. Share the amount of gold grams that customer wants to trade for the jewellery and checkout by paying any remaining balance in INR.

Offline:

1. Customer visits any Tanishq/ Caratlane store to buy the jewellery of customer’s choice.   
2. Customer shares her registered mobile number with the cashier at the store as well as the number of grams they would like to utilize of their SafeGold balance.
3. Customer shares that exact amount of gold grams they want to trade for the jewellery, authenticates via OTP and does the checkout by paying any remaining balance in INR.
