My Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card is undelivered, how can I request redelivery?

If you have not received the physical delivery of your Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card, please call Tata Neu HDFC Bank Customer Care from your registered mobile number or write to us from your registered email id at the contacts below:

2. Email: tataneucardsupport@hdfcbank.com


Explainer: Bank attempts the delivery of your Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card at your bank registered communication address. As per the process, 3 attempts are made within first 10 working days and if the card is still undelivered, then the card is sent back to HDFC Bank. If your Tata Neu HDFC Bank credit card is undelivered after 10 days from approval of the card, then please call HDFC Bank Phone Banking and request for re-dispatch of your Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card.
