You can still shop online even without having your physical card.

1. For Online Purchases: 

a. Enable your online transactions via Card Controls/Manage Card.

b. You can do transaction online using your Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card number, CVV and Card Expiry Date. Steps to view your Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card details

• Login to Tata Neu app >> Finance >> Credit Cards >> View card details, you will be directed to the HDFC Bank page 
• Enter OTP sent to your registered mobile no. to check your Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card details.

2. For In-store Purchases

Please generate your CARD PIN to make offline/instore purchases.
