What do I do if the biller hasn't received my payment?

If the biller hasn’t received your payment, then check the transaction status. It should show you one of these:      


1.    Success – If it shows this, then we’d suggest you contact your biller for details. The transaction has been processed at our end but may take some time to reflect in your account. Try refreshing the page after a while.  

2.    Failed, not reversed - Contact the Tata Neu Customer Care Team for more help.     

3.    Failed and reversed - You can initiate a refund or re-initiate the entire transaction after some time.
