The time taken for you to receive your refund depends on the payment mode chosen by you for the transaction. Here’s how it works:

1.  If you paid with NeuCoins or though UPI, you’ll receive the refund as soon as the merchant initiates it. 

2. If you paid via Qik EMI Card, credit card, or debit card, the refund usually takes about five to seven working days after the merchant initiates it.
