I am unable to redeem an offer. What do I do?

Oh, that's odd! Check the T&C of the offer carefully and see if the offer has been applied correctly. You can find the T&C by clicking on the offer. 


For e.g. If an offer is applicable on purchase of multiple products, all products must be purchased for the offer to be applied or if the offer says 'In-store', then the offer is valid only at the brand's stores.
