How will I get my money back if I cancel an order or return a product?

There's no need to worry. The amount from any cancellation or return will be credited to your bigbasket account. You can use this credit for any future shopping on bigbasket. Credit card payments can also be credited back to your card within 7 -10 working days. Reach out to bigbasket's Customer Service team for any help with refunds.
