Here's how you can raise an AutoPay related issue from the transaction details page:


- Go to Tata Pay

- Click ‘Manage AutoPay’

- Select the AutoPay you want to raise a complaint about

- Click ‘Payment history’

- All transactions related to that AutoPay will be listed

- Click on the transaction you have an issue with

- The transaction details page will open

- Click ‘Chat’ to raise your complaint
