Where can I find my order details?

If ordering is easy, tracking is easier! Just follow these steps:

1. Login to Tata Neu

2. Open the menu from icon on the top right corner

3. Click on 'Orders'

4. Click on "Electronics"

5. Select the order

You can find all your current and previous order details here. If you've just placed an order with us, it'll take up to 24 hours for the status to reflect in your account.
